Our history

Official Opening

1974

The Arpaia family’s entrepreneurial spirit leads to the opening of the first store.

New store

1989

A new store opens in the city of Lamezia Terme, catering to client needs through direct selling.

2006

Clients welcome the product offering and Arpaia’s reputation steadily grows. In response to growing demand, the company moves to a new location in the industrial district of Lamezia Terme, covering a total area of 12,000 ㎡.

2010

Striving for conscious and sustainable use of environmental resources, a photovoltaic system is installed at the company.

BUSINESS EXPANSION

2012

The business expands to include a second, larger facility covering a total area of 25,000 ㎡.

PACKAGING PLANT

2014

The first, fully automated Arpaia packaging plant is developed: the depalletising and packaging process is totally automated.

PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM EXPANSION

With a view to reducing waste, promoting the value of ecosystems and positive economic practices, the photovoltaic system is extended to cover the second facility too.

Progettazione
Il nostro personale esperto, raccolte le informazioni sulle esigenze del cliente, lo consiglia e da suggerimenti. Successivamente progetta ed elabora un prototipo di bottiglia o boccaccio in vetro che sarà presentato tramite un prototipo 3D ed un rendering. Sarà stilata, inoltre, una scheda tecnica con tutti i dati e le informazioni necessarie per la realizzazione del contenitore in vetro.

Realizzazione
Tenendo conto degli aspetti concordati in fase di progettazione, si realizza un contenitore in vetro che rispecchi i canoni di design e stile progettuale ma che tenga anche conto dell’aspetto relativo la sicurezza e salubrità dell’alimento o bevanda che andrà a contenere. Tutti i nostri prodotti in vetro sono realizzati con qualità elevata di produzione e tecniche all’avanguardia che regalano un profilo inconfondibile del prodotto.

Personalizzazione
La personalizzazione del contenitore in vetro, ci permette di partire dall’idea del cliente per realizzare Bottiglie e Vasetti in Vetro uniche, dal design accattivante ed originale rispetto a tante altre. Poter avere un Packaging in vetro personalizzato è infatti un elemento vincente, perché permette di essere riconoscibili già dalla confezione. Le nostre soluzioni sono varie: la Serigrafia, l’Acidatura e la Sabbiatura.

Design

After gathering information on the client’s specific needs, our expert personnel provides tailored advice and suggestions. We then design and prepare a prototype of the glass bottle or jar that will be presented as a 3D prototype and rendering. A technical data sheet is also prepared, complete with all the data and information needed to produce the glass packaging.

Producing

Taking into account the aspects agreed upon during the design, a glass container is developed that reflects both the technical specifications and aesthetic design, but also aspects concerning the health and safety of the food or beverage it will contain. All of our glass products are made using the highest-quality production processes and cutting-edge techniques, giving each product a unique and distinctive profile.
